Three homemade nut butter recipes described as staple food for quick breakfast and snacking options. Super smooth and creamy, and superior to store-bought versions.

Recipe 1: Almond Mixed Nuts and Seed Butter Combines almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, pistachios, Brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds. Contains fiber, protein, omega 3, B vitamins, phosphorous, zinc, vitamin E benefiting heart and nervous system health. Instructions involve roasting nuts and seeds separately, cooling, then blending until achieving desired consistency.

Recipe 2: Peanut Butter Simple two-ingredient spread using peanuts and salt. Peanuts are legumes providing protein and heart-healthy monounsaturated fat plus biotin for brain health. Process includes roasting, cooling, skin removal, and blending.

Recipe 3: Chocolate Hazelnut Spread Inspired by downshiftology.com, this recipe avoids refined sugars. Key ingredients: raw hazelnuts, coconut or hazelnut oil, coconut sugar or monkfruit sugar, raw cacao powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Similar preparation method to previous recipes.
