One Energy Together started in 2020 with a simple belief: that sharing what we learn about health, endurance, and nutrition could help others build better habits. Yeswanth wrote about fasting, mitochondria, and running science. Priya created clean recipes and wellness content. We ran sessions, recorded podcasts, built a small community.
We run ultramarathons and build software with the same mindset: consistency, clarity, and the patience to play a long game.
