Chocolate Almond Truffles

Vegan-friendly chocolate almond truffles described as rich, chocolaty, nutty and addictive bites. Super easy to do and store, they serve as a great replacement for chocolates as they are rich in nutrition, gluten free and refined sugar free.

These truffles function as a sustainable fuel for all long hikes, cycling and long runs. The recipe is customizable, with variations including pistachios and orange zest for added flavor.

Ingredients: - 1 cup (15) soft Medjool dates, pitted - 1/2 cup cashews - 1/4 cup roasted almonds - 1/4 cup cacao powder - 5 tbsp all plant protein powder - 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional) - Pinch of salt

Instructions: Soak dates and cashews separately, then blend all ingredients in a food processor until achieving proper consistency for forming balls. Store in an airtight container or refrigerator.
